Cancellation Policy
This course has very limited spots. While you may book with no deposit, payment must be made in full to secure your seat in this class. Once you register for the course, Penang English Academy will contact you to confirm the course dates and to ensure the course is suited for your level. Once everything has been confirmed, you will be sent an invoice for payment. Once payment is made, the following refund policy applies: You may unenroll from this course 15 days or more before the first day of the course. There will be a RM 250 cancelation fee. You will be refunded RM 1750. If you unenroll between 14 days and 3 days before the first day of the course, there will be a RM 500 cancelation fee. You will be refunded RM 1500. To unenroll, simple write an email to admin@penangenglishacademy.com. Subject - IEP unenrollment request Include your name, the date and level of the IEP you wish to unenroll from. There is no option to unenroll or request a refund within 3 days of the course starting. This intensive English course requires a minimum of 3 students, and it is capped at 10 students. Registration will remain open until the course is fully booked up until 72 hours prior to the first day of the course. If the minimum 3 students have not registered by this time, the course will be canceled. In such cases you will be refunded 100% of your pre-paid course fee within 48-hours of the course being cancelled. *** if you are travelling to Penang, DO NOT make travel arrangements until the minimum 3 students have been confirmed and the course is 100% confirmed. Please wait for Penang English Academy to contact you with confirmation of the course before making any travel arrangements. There are no make-up days for students who miss lessons. Within 72-hours of the start of this course, this course is non-refundable or non-transferable.
